Nourish is hiring a Staff User Researcher to lead strategic research across patient and provider ecosystems, using insights to guide product direction and improve clinical and patient experiences. This senior individual-contributor role works closely with design, product, and clinical leadership, reporting to the Head of Design and contributing to company-level priorities. The position is full-time based in New York City with some flexibility for remote work and focuses on scaling research practices to inform the care model and product roadmap.
