Staffing Coordinator

This role coordinates the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for the Outreach department, ensuring compliance with budget, patient needs, and union regulations. The position serves as the central communication source for staffing issues, manages employee time records, and provides payroll support to supervisors and staff. It also involves tracking absenteeism, managing FMLA cases, and assisting employees with the ATSS system to ensure efficient department operations.
