About this role
The Stakeholder Process Specialist supports PJM’s stakeholder committees and groups by providing training, coordination, and process management to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. The role works with management and the Stakeholder Affairs team to maintain and implement the PJM Stakeholder Process Manual, manage stakeholder-facing tools, and educate internal staff and stakeholders on processes and procedures. The specialist also helps maintain documentation, webpage content, and secured meeting/registration processes while supporting continuous process improvements.
