START Coordinator

The START Coordinator maintains an active caseload of individuals referred for START Services, conducting regular outreach visits and assessments to provide systemic consultation and support. The role involves coordinating support meetings, developing crisis prevention plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with clinical teams and community partners. This position requires on-call availability for crisis services and regular travel across assigned regions to conduct in-person evaluations and interventions.
