Sterile Processing Technician

This role involves the proper care, handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation within the main sterile processing unit. Depending on qualifications, the position may be hired as a Tech 1, Tech 2, or Lead, with responsibilities ranging from instrument decontamination and assembly to precepting new employees and supervising shifts. The role requires maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the Operating Room to support surgical procedures.
