Steward (F&B or Banquets)

The Steward (F&B or Banquets) is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food service and preparation ware while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in dish rooms and kitchen areas. This role involves operating ware-washing machinery, properly racking and storing china and glassware, and ensuring a safe work environment. The position may also require assisting with banquet setup, silver burnishing, and other kitchen duties as needed.
