Steward (F&B or Banquets)

The Steward (F&B or Banquets) is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all food service and preparation ware while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in dish rooms and kitchen areas. This role involves operating ware-washing machinery, properly racking and storing china and glassware, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and reported for repairs. The position may also require assisting with banquet setup, silver burnishing, and other kitchen duties as needed.
