Steward Supervisor

The Steward Supervisor at La Bahia Hotel & Spa is a motivated, hands-on leader who supports the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role serves as the direct supervisory link between the stewarding team and management, providing real-time guidance, quality oversight, and daily coordination to ensure all Food & Beverage equipment and facilities consistently meet luxury service standards. The position requires a leader who can enforce hygiene protocols, manage equipment operations, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
