About this role
The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) at CVS Health is a 16-week development program designed to prepare candidates for a Store Manager position through self-paced, virtual and hands-on learning. Participants work with district leaders, HR partners, training store managers and store manager coaches to develop leadership and store operations capabilities. Completion positions participants for potential promotion to Store Manager based on performance and availability of openings.
