About this role
The Leader-in-Training (LIT) is a hands-on, developmental role in ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ leadership pipeline designed to prepare team members to become store leaders. The program partners trainees with Team Leaders and District Managers to develop operational and supervisory capabilities. It targets completion in about six months with the goal of transitioning into an Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader position.
