About this role
The Strategic Account Manager (IC3) at Nova Credit owns the end-to-end success of key enterprise consumer lending customers, driving revenue through account expansion and new logo acquisition. This individual contributor role takes a consultative approach to build trust with fintech and issuer stakeholders and informs product priorities with customer insights. The position is based in the NYC metropolitan area, is full-time hybrid with ~25% travel, and reports to the Head of Consumer Lending.
