The Account Manager will own and grow JumpCloud’s most strategic enterprise accounts in India, focusing on retention, expansion, and commercial integrity of a significant book of business. The role serves as a trusted advisor to C-level IT and Security leaders while deeply engaging through business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic value alignment. This position relies heavily on collaboration with channel partners in the India region to drive partner-led growth and streamline renewals. The role is remote within India with periodic travel for onsite customer and partner engagements.
