The Strategic Initiatives Business Analyst leads implementation of new strategic initiatives for the Customer Care and Managed Services team, translating strategy into operational processes and technology improvements. The role partners with the Strategic Business Initiatives Business Partner and works cross-functionally with Product, Customer Care, Managed Services, Technology and GHX India. It contributes to strategy around automation, efficiency, product growth and knowledge management while tracking outcomes and KPIs for initiatives.
