Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, International Relations, Urban Studies, Development Studies, or other relevant fieldsMinimum 4 years of professional experience in strategic communications, research, policy analysis, or related rolesProven ability to draft, edit, and refine high-quality communications materials in both Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishExperience collaborating with researchers, policy experts, and communications teams in multidisciplinary environmentsFluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong working proficiency in English
