Strategic Support Officer

The Strategic Support Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) for Metrobank and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting independent quality reviews, providing strategic support to audit leadership, and overseeing the implementation of audit methodologies across the organization. The position also includes performing peer reviews, managing audit engagement quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit Group.
