Strategy and Operations

This role involves designing the commercial model and building operational systems to streamline the process of signing, deploying, and supporting enterprise customers. The position requires collaboration with founders and GTM leaders to define pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies while managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle. The ideal candidate will create structure out of ambiguity, improve workflows, and ensure efficient execution across sales, product, and engineering teams.
