Street Maintenance Administrator

The Street Maintenance Administrator provides administrative oversight for all street and bridge maintenance activities within the City of Des Moines. Reporting to the Public Works Director, this role involves planning, organizing, and directing the Street Maintenance Division's operations, including snow and ice control, flood response, and infrastructure maintenance. The position requires managing division staff, developing policies, administering the budget, and coordinating with various city departments and external agencies.
