Street Outreach Worker

The Street Outreach Worker conducts trauma-informed, face-to-face outreach to youth ages 16–21 experiencing homelessness or at risk, providing gateway services, basic needs support, and facilitating connections to emergency shelter and other resources. The role involves collaborating with law enforcement, schools, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and safety for youth. Workers also support referrals to the agency’s licensed Youth Emergency Shelter and contribute to performance and quality improvement efforts.
