Structural Operations Supervisor

The Structural Operations Supervisor will lead a multi‑disciplined crew of up to 17 tradesmen in shipyard structural work, overseeing safety, quality, cost, schedule, and continuous improvement. The role requires daily direction, technical assistance, and coordination with on‑site and off‑site stakeholders, as well as maintaining required certifications and a DoD Secret security clearance. Travel to other U.S. shipyards and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are also required.
