Humanist Discussion Group
Tilburg University is seeking a student assistant with an interest in criminal law to support research and educational activities at Tilburg Law School's Criminal Law department. The role involves assisting staff and providing administrative support, with a focus on law students who have completed key coursework.
Humanist Discussion Group is an ongoing scholarly seminar and moderated mailing list founded in 1987 to explore the relation between digital computing and the human sciences. Edited by Willard McCarty (King’s College London), it publishes moderated submissions to members daily and maintains public archives covering 1987–2021 and 2021–present. Participation requires membership; the site and system were originally developed by King’s Digital Lab and are currently developed and maintained by DH‑Cologne. It functions as a longstanding conversational forum for researchers and practitioners in digital humanities and related fields.
