About this role

This student intern position offers an opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team under the supervision of a licensed engineer, focusing on new construction and renovation projects across educational, healthcare, commercial, and science & technology markets. The role provides hands-on experience in HVAC system design, Revit/BIM modeling, and construction administration, with the potential to evolve into a full-time entry-level position for qualified students. Candidates will assist in reviewing shop drawings, improving process quality, and occasionally visiting job sites to verify conditions and observe progress.

Responsibilities

Perform uncomplicated designs of ductwork, piping, controls, and equipment selection for HVAC systems
Assist in Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from Schematic Design to Construction Administration phases
Assist in the review and markup of shop drawing submittals
