Student Success Coach

The Student Success Coach supports students throughout their college experience by providing personalized coaching on academic success, financial planning, and time management. This role focuses on improving student matriculation, retention, and persistence through proactive interventions and collaboration with the Center for Advising, Retention and Student Success (CARSS). The position involves helping students navigate financial aid, resolve enrollment barriers, and connect with campus resources to achieve their educational goals.
