Student Success Coach

The Student Success Coach supports students throughout their college experience by providing personalized coaching, financial guidance, and proactive interventions to improve matriculation, retention, and persistence. This role involves collaborating with the Center for Advising, Retention and Student Success (CARSS) to implement initiatives that address enrollment barriers and foster academic success. The position requires managing a coaching caseload, assisting with registration and orientation, and ensuring students are aware of available campus resources.
