About this role

The Student Success Systems Manager supports the operation and continuous improvement of student success systems for Penn Engineering’s Office of Academic Innovation, serving as the operational owner for Slate student success functionality across online and residential graduate programs. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Slate Operations, the role also maintains select reporting and analytics to inform student engagement, retention, and program outcomes. This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia with two days per week on campus.
