Subcontractor Coordinator

The Subcontractor Coordinator role involves end-to-end ownership of subcontractor management, from identifying and tendering new partners through to contract award and delivery. This position requires close collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, and Project Management teams to define scopes, evaluate proposals, and ensure projects remain on schedule. The coordinator acts as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and safety requirements while continuously improving management processes.
