Subcontractor Coordinator

This role involves taking ownership of the subcontractor process, from tendering and sourcing through to onboarding, work package coordination, and performance monitoring. The position requires managing subcontractor packages end-to-end while collaborating with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Estimating, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. It is a relationship-focused role within a fast-growing engineering manufacturer specializing in modular solutions for commercial heating and cooling applications.
