Subrogation Attorney

The Subrogation Attorney will join Intact's Claims Counsel team, handling subrogation files across property, maritime, financial, and cyber matters. The role involves managing the full litigation lifecycle, including pre‑suit investigations, trial work, and appeals, while providing counsel to the Subrogation Claims department and directing paralegals.
