Subrogation Attorney

The Subrogation Attorney provides legal representation for Intact’s subrogation interests before courts, arbitration panels, or other bodies, and advises claim employees on handling pre-suit and litigated matters. The role involves managing a caseload of moderate complexity files across property, maritime, financial, and cyber sectors, conducting litigation through trial, and negotiating settlements. This position requires independent litigation skills and collaboration with lead attorneys and claims departments to protect the company's recovery interests.
