Substitute Team Coach

The Spot is seeking a Substitute Team Coach to step in and lead scheduled youth climbing sessions on an as-needed basis when the primary coach is unavailable. This part-time role involves guiding competitive teams, supporting athletes in skill and character development, and collaborating with the Head Coach to implement age-appropriate, risk-managed climbing programs. The position requires flexibility to work at various gym locations, including evenings and weekends, while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for climbers.
