The Legal Summer Student will be exposed to various areas of the legal field with a primary focus on investment advisory contracts, regulatory filings, corporate governance, and providing general support to the attorneys on the Legal team. This position offers practical exposure and the opportunity to assist with legal research, drafting memoranda, and reviewing contracts.
