A Marine Fleet Superintendent provides proactive Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSEQ) leadership for a defined segment of vessels, acting as the critical link between executive leadership and vessel-level managers. The role ensures consistent implementation of the Integrated Management System, drives performance improvement, and guarantees full compliance with international regulations such as ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards. Responsibilities include overseeing fleet assurance schedules, managing incident investigations, coordinating client interfaces, and monitoring environmental metrics across the fleet.
