About this role

The Superintendent is the on-site field leader for large-scale construction projects in Miami, FL, responsible for managing day-to-day jobsite operations and trades from horizontal development through vertical and interior finish. The role ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient field execution in compliance with codes and safety requirements, coordinates with government representatives and project teams, and supports integration of innovative printed components. This position is based out of the Miami field office with daily travel to job sites and reports to the Director of Construction Operations for Florida.
