The incumbent ensures technical compliance, safety standards, and operational readiness by supervising contractors, managing spare parts inventory, and coordinating dry-docking schedules. Key duties include preparing cost estimates for repairs, conducting technical audits, and maintaining statutory certificates to support zero-loss-time accident records.
