Supervised Community Treatment Counselor

The Supervised Community Treatment Counselor at Four Oaks works with youth ages 13–18 receiving treatment for mental health or behavioral health concerns, using a Trauma-Informed Care approach to help them develop healthy coping skills and make positive choices. The role involves building trusting relationships, teaching life skills, and providing daily supervision and therapeutic interventions. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by being a positive influence and consistent support system.
