Supervisor - Concessions

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a guest-first, hospitality-driven Concession Supervisor to lead teams in creating welcoming, efficient, and memorable food service experiences for every guest. This role is responsible for ensuring concession locations operate smoothly and safely while consistently delivering friendly, attentive, and high-quality service that supports the Zoo’s mission of creating unforgettable family experiences. The Concession Supervisor plays a hands-on leadership role, working alongside frontline teams during high-volume service, anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns in the moment, and maintaining environments that are clean, inviting, and guest-ready at all times.
