Supervisor, Heavy Equipment

The Supervisor, Heavy Equipment leads the grooming and heavy equipment operation team in planning and executing on-mountain tasks such as grooming, grading, and excavating. This role involves mentoring and training operators while participating as a member of the Mountain Operations leadership team to solve problems and achieve sustainability goals. The position requires working full-time hours with rotating 12-hour overnight shifts during the winter season.
