Supervisor, IHBT Clinical Services

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Program, ensuring high-quality, family-centered, trauma-informed behavioral health services for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. The role involves providing clinical supervision, monitoring quality and outcomes, supporting staff development, and promoting coordinated community-based treatment to prevent out-of-home placement or support successful transitions. The position requires maintaining fidelity to the Ohio IHBT model and ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
