Supervisor, IHBT Clinical Services

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Program, ensuring high-quality, family-centered, trauma-informed behavioral health services for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. The role involves maintaining fidelity to the Ohio IHBT model, providing clinical supervision, supporting staff development, and monitoring clinical quality and outcomes. The position promotes coordinated community-based treatment to prevent out-of-home placement or support successful transitions back home.
