Supervisor — Line Maintenance

This role provides shift-level oversight for aircraft maintenance activity at a Frontier maintenance station, setting priorities and directing maintenance personnel to ensure safe, accurate, and timely operations. The position involves coordinating across maintenance control, planning, and operational teams while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. It requires leadership in directing workloads, monitoring performance, and supporting the airline's Safety Management System without necessarily having formal direct reports.
