Supervisor, Patient Engagement

The Supervisor, Patient Engagement leads a team of Patient Engagement Associates to support caregivers throughout their journey with Imagine Pediatrics, from initial outreach and enrollment to ongoing engagement. This role involves direct supervision, performance management, and serving as a subject matter expert to ensure a high-quality, compassionate experience that drives enrollment and long-term participation in the organization's programs. The position requires collaboration with clinical, operations, and market teams to support a coordinated member experience and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
