Supervisor, Production Planning

The Supervisor, Production Planning leads and supervises the Planning team to ensure effective execution of production planning, capacity planning, material planning, and customer delivery commitments. This role is responsible for achieving departmental objectives related to on-time delivery, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and operational efficiency while providing leadership and coaching to planners. The position acts as a key liaison between Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of planning activities with business requirements.
