About this role
Leads the acquisition of right-of-way easements and land needed for distribution and transmission projects, managing relationships with municipalities, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. Oversees the Acts of Public Authority (APA) process and tracks reimbursable and non-reimbursable projects while ensuring compliance with acquisition and easement requirements. Acts as primary municipal contact to represent engineering, construction, and financial interests and coordinates across Operations and Engineering.
