Supervisor-Volunteer Services

The Supervisor of Volunteer Services at Mercy oversees the daily operations of the Hospice Volunteer Program, managing volunteer recruitment, orientation, assignments, and ongoing development. This role coordinates events, trainings, and meetings for volunteers and develops new ways to utilize volunteers within the hospice program. The position works closely with hospice leadership and interdisciplinary teams to align volunteer activities with Mercy’s mission and values.
