The role involves conducting quality audits, evaluating machining processes, analyzing root causes, and collaborating cross-functionally on new product programs. This position offers mentorship and training to help early professionals launch or advance their careers in manufacturing and quality engineering.

Responsibilities

Conduct supplier quality audits using the CSA process
Review and process PPAPs and audit findings
Evaluate machining processes including CNC turning and milling
Perform root cause investigations using 8D and Fishbone methodologies
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Purchasing teams
