Supports the selection, qualification, and management of external suppliers to ensure product and service quality meets Insulet requirements. Works closely with manufacturers, service suppliers, and internal groups (Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to coordinate qualification activities, audits, and supplier performance reporting. Communicates quality metrics and supports external audits and supplier corrective actions to maintain compliance with applicable quality standards.
