The position involves conducting on-site assessments, monitoring supplier performance, and driving corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will collaborate across internal teams and with international suppliers to build and improve supplier quality processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Define supplier qualification criteria and establish robust processes for assessing and approving new suppliers
Conduct on-site assessments of critical suppliers and drive audit findings through to closure
Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Agreements aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 80079-34 requirements
