About this role

The Supply Planning Manager leads the supply planning team and translates demand forecasts into achievable supply plans for Nature’s Bakery. The role owns inventory objectives, customer service goals, and continuous process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales, IT, procurement, and finance. The manager also drives S&OP governance, presents forecasts and assumptions to leadership, and supports ERP and scenario-planning initiatives. The position involves stakeholder alignment and up to 20% travel.
