Support Agent

The Support Agent role involves assisting clients with support queries and providing timely resolutions while escalating unresolved issues as needed. The position requires maintaining accurate records of calls and CRM data, following up on service requests, and providing feedback to management regarding product improvements and client training needs. Additionally, the agent collaborates with the Administration Department on stock replacements and ensures the completion of incidents and call-quality requirements.
