About this role
The Customer Support Analyst is part of LSEG’s Post Trade Regulatory Reporting business, supporting sell-side and buy-side clients with software and data solutions. The role provides frontline helpdesk support to users at banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions, and also supports internal infrastructure and hosted solutions while liaising with data centre teams. It is positioned within a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider focused on regulatory reporting and post-trade processing.
