Support Services Supervisor

The Support Services Supervisor plays a key role in the SI&CS Health and Education team, delivering high-quality cleaning, wardsperson, materials, waste, and linen services across Bathurst, Bloomfield, and Orange Hospitals. Reporting to the Support Services Coordinator, the role ensures effective service delivery, maintains safety standards, and builds productive stakeholder relationships. The position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage frontline employees and operational requirements.
